DMCA Policy

Overview

Goonwall respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including URL(s)
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

Email is the fastest route and is the one we monitor. We acknowledge every notice and aim to action valid ones within 5 business days.

This page is only for copyright. If content depicts you without your consent, depicts someone under 18, or breaches our rules in some other way, use Complaints & Content Removal — those reports are removed from public view on receipt rather than waiting on review.

Good Faith Requirement

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability. Please ensure that you have a good faith belief before submitting a DMCA notice.
