Become a Goonwall partner

You must be 18 or over and a Goonwall member in good standing, with an adults-only audience or community that suits Goonwall: an outside following of about 200 or more, in spaces restricted to adults. You can be invited, or you can ask us.

• We give you your link when we approve you, and it counts sign-ups from that day.
• You start earning when you buy a GW Pass (annual or three-month). A Pass we give you free doesn't count.
• Your 7 free days count too. Purchases your members make through your link during your own 7 free days are held for you. They're credited once both are true: you've bought your own Pass within 30 days of your free days ending, and that purchase is past its 7-day refund window. If you don't buy in time, the held purchases lapse.
• If your own Pass is refunded, any commission that depended on it (held, credited or pending) is cancelled, unless it has already been paid out to you.
• Apart from your 7 free days, purchases your members make before you buy earn nothing.
• From then on, you earn 20% of what we receive for each GW Pass purchase (three-month or annual) made by a member who joined through your link, for as long as they're a member, including every later Pass they buy. (The Pass never renews by itself, so each later Pass is a fresh purchase.)
• "What we receive" means after any refund, and excluding taxes.
• A referral counts when a new member signs up through your link. Existing members don't count.
• You earn nothing on your own Pass, or on any account you control.
• You earn only on members' purchases, never for bringing in other partners.
• You earn only while your own bought Pass is active. If it lapses, commission pauses until you buy again, and purchases made during the lapse earn nothing.
• We pay for referrals, never for uploads. Anything you upload to Goonwall is yours, under our Terms of Service, and earns nothing under this agreement.

• You can see your balance at any time, as numbers and amounts only. To protect members' privacy, we never tell you who signed up or bought.
• You can request a payout once a week, and there's no minimum. We pay it in USDC on Base, to a wallet in your own name, normally within hours of your request. We pay the network fee.
• A payout can be held while we finish our checks (see 4).
• If a referred purchase is refunded, its commission is taken back from your balance.

• Before your first payout, we confirm your identity with our identity-check provider, and we screen your wallet against sanctions lists. We can't pay anyone we're not allowed to.
• If you're a US person and your commission is nearing the US reporting threshold for the year, we'll ask for your taxpayer details (a W-9), and we can't pay further commission until we have them. We may also ask for tax details where the law requires it.

You must:

• say that you earn a commission when you share your link (for example "I earn a commission if you buy a Pass"), as US and UK advertising rules require;
• never promote to anyone under 18. Share your link only in spaces restricted to adults, including your own Discord server, and follow the rules of every platform you post on;
• never spam, never send unsolicited messages, and never make misleading claims (fake discounts, "free Pass" offers, or anything that isn't true);
• never promise anyone that buying a Pass, or becoming a partner, will make them money, and never quote earnings figures. You're welcome to say you earn a commission, and to share your link as much as you like in adult spaces;
• never pretend to be Goonwall staff, and never bid on "Goonwall" in paid search ads;
• never create fake sign-ups or offer people anything to sign up;
• never use information you hold in confidence from another platform or community to promote Goonwall.

Your community link, if you have one, comes with being a Community Leader under our community role terms, not with this agreement. Ending this agreement doesn't remove it, and the link doesn't depend on it.

You're an independent partner, not our employee, worker or agent. You're free to post on other sites and promote other things, including on your own videos and their credit screens.

We'll give you an official brand kit on request (our name, logo and approved design). You may also create your own designs to suit your community, as long as they're used only to promote Goonwall, never suggest you're Goonwall staff or that we made or endorsed your work, and appear only in adult spaces.

• What you may do: use it, unaltered, only to promote Goonwall, and only in spaces restricted to adults. That includes your video credit screens, if you choose.
• What you may not do: suggest you're Goonwall staff, or that we've produced or endorsed your work.
• When it ends: we can withdraw the permission at any time, and it ends with this agreement.
• Your link on a credit screen still needs the commission disclosure (section 5).

Anything non-public you learn as a partner stays private. You get no access to members' personal information.

We may pause your partnership while we look into a problem. During a pause your link still works, purchases earn nothing, and commission you've already earned is held until we've finished. Either of us can end this agreement at any time, with notice. We'll pay valid commission you've already earned. We won't pay commission on fake, fraudulent or self-referred sign-ups, and breaking section 5 can end the agreement immediately.

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. If you keep partnering after that, you've accepted them.
