What do you need help with?
Billing, refunds and purchases
Charged twice, want a refund, or a purchase did not unlock? Email us with the address you used and roughly when you bought. We refund the Pass in full if you ask within 7 days of paying, for any reason.
Your account
Cannot log in, did not get a verification email, or want your account deleted? Email us from the address on the account where you can, and tell us your username.
Something is broken
A page will not load, a video will not play, an upload failed. Tell us what you did, what happened, and which browser you were using.
Content on the site
To report content, ask for it to be removed, or complain about a moderation decision. Reports of content depicting a person under 18, or published without consent, are removed on receipt.
