All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct contained in or accessible from this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the depiction was created.

Goonwall's role

Goonwall is an online platform that hosts and displays content uploaded by its users. With respect to that content, Goonwall is not the producer — primary or secondary — as those terms are defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c).

Goonwall does not film, photograph, direct, commission, or otherwise create the content its users upload. Its role is limited to transmitting and displaying that content, and to removing content that breaches its Terms of Service or the law.

Where the records are held

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 in respect of user-uploaded content are maintained by the original producer of that content — in the ordinary case, the user who uploaded it. Each uploader is required by our Terms of Service to create and keep those records, and to produce them on lawful demand.

What uploaders agree to

Every user who uploads content to Goonwall agrees, as a condition of our Terms of Service, that:

• Every person depicted was at least 18 years of age when the depiction was created
• Every person depicted consented to being depicted and to the content being published here
• They own or have the necessary licenses, rights and consents to upload it
• They will create and keep any records required of a producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257
• The content does not depict any illegal activity

Uploads from members are reviewed by a moderator before they are published. Until that review is complete the content is not publicly accessible. Content that appears to breach any of the above is declined, and the account is actioned.

Reporting a violation

If you believe any content on this website depicts a person under the age of 18, or was published without the consent of a person depicted, report it immediately. Reports in these two categories are removed from public view on receipt and reviewed afterwards.
