What you're buying

The Goonwall Pass is digital access to features on goonwall.com, supplied immediately on purchase. It is a one-off purchase of a fixed period: $60 for a year, or $20 for three months.

It does not renew. Nothing is charged automatically and we store no payment method. When the time runs out the Pass ends — there is nothing to cancel. Buy more time and it is added to what you have left.

All content on Goonwall is free to view with an account. The Pass unlocks features, not content.

Our refund promise

Ask within 7 days of paying and we will refund you in full, for any reason. You do not need to give a reason.

The 7 days run from each payment. If you top up later, that payment gets its own 7 days. A refund removes the time that payment bought; any other time you have stays.

After that we look at refunds case by case. We will normally refund if the Pass did not work as described, if you were charged twice, or if you did not authorise the payment.

This is the same for everyone, wherever you live. If the Pass does not work as described, you are entitled to a remedy whatever this page says.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@goonwall.com with the email address used for the purchase and the approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Please contact us directly rather than your payment provider — we settle refunds ourselves, so going through them is slower and may not reach us at all.

How refunds are paid

The Pass is paid for in cryptocurrency, and refunds are paid the same way. We send the refund to a wallet address you give us, in the asset you paid in.

Worth knowing before you buy: if you bought cryptocurrency in order to pay us, a refund returns cryptocurrency — not money to a card or bank. Converting it back is up to you, and the rate may have moved. We refund what you paid us, in the asset you paid it in.

Refunds are sent by hand, so allow a few working days. We will confirm when it is sent and give you the transaction reference.

Disputes

A cryptocurrency payment cannot be reversed or charged back. That is how it works — there is no bank in the middle to dispute it with.

So the refund promise above is your protection with us. If something is wrong, contact us.
