STAGE 01
Drop it
Drag your file here
or click to browse — we accept the lot below
MP4WebMMOVGIFWebPJPGPNGMP3WAV
Auto-sorted
Video, GIF, image, audio — we route each file to its own tab. You don’t pick the type.
Instant probe
The second a file lands, we read its format, duration, orientation, VR metadata, audio track. Nothing to fill in.
Queue what you want
Drop one or ten. Switch tabs while uploads run. Submit when ready.

STAGE 02
Tell us what it is
Titlerequired
Punchy and searchable: it’s how people find it.
Upload typerequired
Video, PMV, or GoonWall. Pick the one that fits.
Categories & tags
At least one category, ideally a handful of tags. This is how people find it.
Performers
Search and add. Missing one? Add them right there in the picker.
Collections
Optional. Group with your other uploads.
Music credits
For PMVs especially: the track and the artist.
Thumbnail
Custom or auto. You can swap it later.
Original or derivative?required
PMVs are derivative — tag it and credit the source. Originals get the original checkbox.
Original vs. derivative — the one to get right.
Not your original work? Untick the box and pick what it is (a teaser, an enhancement or a remix), then credit the original creator by name. A profile link helps too. A straight copy of someone else’s video isn’t published. Your own work? Tick "Is this original content?" and that’s it. Label it honestly: a wrong label can get an upload declined or removed.
STAGE 03
Smash submit
You’ll see a summary card per file with the title, type, size, and the categories/tags you set. Hit submit and our pipeline does the rest. Six steps, all of them tracked live on the progress card:
01
Resolve tags + performers
02
Upload music files
03
Upload thumbnail
04
Chunk + upload main file
05
Create the video record
06
Drop into collections
Video / PMV
After review
A person reviews it against the content rules, then it goes live.
GIF / Image
After review
Reviewed the same way, then live.
Audio
After review
Reviewed, then ready to use inside videos.
Worth knowing
Edit after approval
Title, tags, credits — all editable post-approval. We see edits as a good sign, not a problem.
Bulk uploads
Drop ten files at once. Each gets its own metadata pass. Submit them together or one at a time.
Schedule a release
Have a video timed? Toggle "Schedule" on submit and pick the drop time. It goes live then, once it’s been reviewed.
If it gets rejected
The decline reason lands in your Content Manager. Fix the issue and upload it fresh. Think we got it wrong? You can ask us to look again: see /complaints. Anything over the bright lines in the content rules can’t be fixed and re-uploaded.
Things people actually ask
What’s the file size cap?
Videos up to 4 GB. GIFs and WebP up to 50 MB and 30 seconds. Images up to 20 MB.
Do I have to credit the music in a PMV?
Please do: the track name and the artist. Credit travels with the video.
My upload is stuck on "Chunk + upload". What now?
Don’t close the tab. The chunked uploader retries automatically. If you really need to bail, you can resume from the same file later.
Why can I switch tabs mid-upload?
Because if you’ve got a queue of videos, gifs, and audio, you shouldn’t have to wait for one to finish before queueing the next. The progress bar at the top tracks the lot.
Can I upload someone else’s edit?
Not as a straight copy: an unedited copy of someone else’s video isn’t published (see the content rules). If you’ve made something new from it, mark it as derivative and credit the original editor by name, with a profile link if you can.
Ready when you are
You’ve got a file. We’ve got the pipeline.
Open the uploader, drag it in, the rest is muscle memory by your third upload.
